37th year of establishment in Bengal: Sanskar Bharti committed to the promotion of Indian civilization and culture

Today is the 37th foundation day of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh affiliated organization Sanskar Bharti in West Bengal. On this occasion, the founder member of the organization Subhash Bhattacharya has said that the promotion of Sanatan tradition, civilization and culture will go ahead with many times more enthusiasm than the intensity with which it has been happening for the last 37 years.

He told that Sanskar Bharti was established in 1987 on the suggestion of Keshavrao Dixit. Then he (Subhash Bhattacharya) supported them along with youths Arun Chakraborty, Ashok Karmakar, Bholanath Chandra, Shivesh Sanyal.

On June 16, 1987, the work of Sanskar Bharti was started in whole of Bengal from Rajbati campus of Burdwan city.

Prior to that Sanskar Bharti was established in Lucknow in 1981 in the presence of Pandit Bhimsen Joshi with a vow to have Sanskari artists who respect Indian culture and traditions. The purpose, mission, ideal of the organization is - an independent all India cultural institution dedicated to fine arts and literature.

Subhash Bhattacharya told that the only aim of the organization is to propagate India's eternal traditional culture and its smooth development in the public mind.
